Missy

I have been in the dental field since 1984 and I still love it! I started as a General Dental Assistant and after one year, I changed to being an Orthodontic assistant and love getting to know our patients through their smile transformation. Being an Orthodontic assistant allows me a lot of one-on-one time with my patients and it is those personal interactions that I cherish the most about my career. I love to see the way they change as their teeth straighten and their smile improves and their confidence builds. I am a testament to wanting straight teeth as my husband and I just started our Invisalign to fine tune our smiles. When I am not at work I'm keeping up with my two teenage daughters and my husband. We love to travel and spend time together as a family.

I have over 12 years of Orthodontic experience as an assistant. It is truly a joy to see the progress in each patient's confidence level throughout their treatment. A smile is one of the most important first impression others will notice and being a part of creating that for each patient is really refreshing. I am a testimony to that as well, having braces for 3 yrs in high school! It is my passion to help motivate our patients to ensure they achieve the smile they have dreamed of. Getting to know each individual patient's personality is extremely fun and fulfilling over the course of their journey! Our office has a fun, flowing, friendship that many parents and patients find appealing. We are like a family here and welcome all new guests (patients) into our "Home"! When I am away from the dental scene, I enjoy spending time with my two sons and their sporting events.

Becki

I began working in the orthodontic field over 25 years ago as an assistant. I enjoy being able to visit with all the patients and parents in our friendly open treatment room. I also enjoy taking the confusing or complex topics like orthodontic insurance and making it understandable. One of the best experiences is watching the patient "blossom" as their smile improves. We can see their confidence build as their smile improves and grow into wonderful, confident teenagers. I have watched my kids "blossom" too and my own confidence had a boost when I got braces put back on at age 45. I like being a part of a team that really includes friendship. We are not just a staff, but we are friends. That makes such a big difference and I think our patients notice. One mom told me that watching us work is fun because we work together like a "fine oiled machine".

I have been in the orthodontic field for over 27 years. My interest first started when I had braces as a teenager. Seeing the change in people's smiles makes me smile! It's really fun getting to know our patients over their treatment time and the teenagers keep us up with their lives like they are our children. I work with a great group of people and that blesses me. My husband and I are empty nesters now, as both of our kids are in college. On our time off we love to travel together and share as much quality family time as possible.

Michelle

Hildebrand Orthodontics is proud to be adding a new team member to our wonderful family here in the office. Michelle is compassionate, friendly, and a wonderful assistant that we are proud to have working with us. Michelle has 2 wonderful daughters that are her little angels and keep her living a fast paced life. I am excited to work for an office that stays up on all the newest and latest techniques and treatments. Hope everyone can meet her at their next appointment.
